Auto ticket assignment to agents for a leading insurance provider

We built an algorithm, takes in several parameters, criteria and scenarios to assign a right agent to the requested problem with defined SLA. The solution had the additional capability to accommodate changes in scenario by automatically refining the business rules. This solution was developed for an insurance provider in North America (NA)
